About the Journal
International Journal of Social Studies and Multidisciplinary Review (IJSSMR) ISSN 2583-7249 is a Peer-Reviewed, Open Access, Refereed Multidisciplinary journal that publishes its issue only in the online form and English Language with the frequency of Bi annual publication.
We aim to promote interdisciplinary research and dialogue among scholars from diverse fields in the social sciences and related disciplines. The journal encourages the submission of original research articles, review articles, and book reviews that address contemporary social issues from a multidisciplinary perspective.
The editorial board of the IJSSMR is committed to providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and knowledge among scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders. Instructions for Authors
- Submission of Manuscripts
- Manuscripts should be submitted online through the journal’s submission system.
- Manuscripts should be in English and should not exceed 3,000 words, including references and appendices.
- All manuscripts should be accompanied by an abstract of no more than 250 words.
- Authors should provide a list of keywords to accompany the manuscript.
- Formatting and Style (Download Formatting Template)
- Manuscripts should be typed in 12 point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins.
- All pages should be numbered consecutively, starting with the title page.
- Headings and subheadings should be clearly marked and organized in a logical and hierarchical manner.
- Tables and figures should be placed as close as possible to their first mention in the text and should be labeled with a caption.
- References
- References should be listed alphabetically at the end of the manuscript and should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) style.
- In-text citations should be included in the body of the manuscript, using the author-date format.
- Review Process
- All manuscripts will be subject to a double-blind review process by at least two reviewers.
- Authors will be notified of the decision regarding their manuscript within 2 weeks of submission.
- If the manuscript is accepted, the author will be required to make any necessary revisions and resubmit the final version within 2 weeks.
- Copyright (Download Copyright Template)
- Authors retain the copyright of their manuscripts, but are required to sign a copyright transfer agreement upon acceptance of their manuscript for publication.
- Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted material included in their manuscript.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research adheres to all relevant ethical guidelines, including those related to informed consent and the protection of human subjects.
- Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest in their manuscripts.
